REFUND & COMPENSATION POLICY

Mishraji Logistics is committed to providing reliable courier, transport, B2B logistics, and international courier services. This Refund & Compensation Policy defines the terms under which refunds or compensation may be provided.


1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

All freight and service charges once paid are non-refundable after shipment booking. Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Shipment cancelled before pickup

• Duplicate or excess payment

• Service not available and confirmed by Mishraji Logistics



3. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS




A. UNINSURED SHIPMENTS

If the parcel is lost or fully damaged and a valid invoice is provided:

• Compensation will be limited to 50% of the invoice value

• Maximum compensation amount will be Rs 2,000 only

• No claim above this limit will be accepted


B. INSURED SHIPMENTS

If the shipment is insured:

• Compensation will be limited to 70% of the invoice value

• Insurance charges are non-refundable

• Claims are subject to verification and insurer approval


4. DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. No refund or compensation will be provided for delays caused by natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, customs delays, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events.



5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International courier refunds and compensation are subject to airline, customs, and international carrier rules. Customs duties, taxes, penalties, and clearance charges are strictly non-refundable.



6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

No refund or compensation will be provided for shipments with incorrect or incomplete address or contact details. Re-attempt, return, or re-routing charges shall be borne by the sender.



7. CLAIM PROCESS

All refund or compensation claims must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date or expected delivery date. The following documents are required:

• Booking receipt

• Invoice copy

• Any additional documents if requested




Claims will be reviewed and processed within 7 to 14 working days.


8. FINAL AUTHORITY

Mishraji Logistics reserves the right to approve, reject, or limit any refund or compensation claim. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
